If you gain wisdom and put in the work, you should expect to win. Winning a state of mind and culture that can spread throughout an organization and community. We are not just talking about winning on the field, this is also about winning in life. All of us have a dream and are destined to be great but you have to align yourself to fulfill it.
Mentally – We want to challenge and teach individuals how to be students of the game and learn their craft on a deeper level. Knowledge is power, but many of us fail to embrace this concept. We want instant gratification and neglect the why. W Sports Society understands the importance of this goal and objective, which represents the pillar of our philosophy wisdom. Wisdom means having the knowledge and understanding to recognize the right course of action and having the will to follow it.
Proverbs 4:6 Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. 7 The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.

Physically – We want to challenge work ethic and resolve, engaging individuals in the spirit of excellence. Words from a wise man explained to me that there is always a better you. If so, your work should never stop. All of us know it takes hard work to be great. Many think they work hard enough, but very few put in the real work that no one wants to do. W Sports Society understands the importance of this goal and objective, which represents the pillar of our philosophy work. The work we are talking about takes sacrifice, devotion, faith, and heart.

Spiritually – We want to challenge the staff and members of W Sports Society to speak life into one another and be transformed through the renewing of their mind. Our words have influence and power, so we strive to positively impact each other and our community. W Sports Society understands the importance of this goal and objective, which represents the pillar of our philosophy win. This pillar is a byproduct of the first two pillars and is activated when confidence is instilled.
